Minoki Rum is a distinctive spirit that captures the essence of Japanese craftsmanship and the rich traditions of rum-making. The first emperors of Japan are said to have descended from an ocean princess-dragon who lived in a palace made of corals, the life givers of the ocean. Inspired by this story, we finished our rum in Mizunara casks—rare, porous oak barrels known for imparting complex flavours like sandalwood and coconut.

Minoki is also the world’s first coral-filtered rum, enhancing its smoothness and unique character. Crafted using high-quality sugarcane sourced from local farms, Minoki undergoes a meticulous distillation and maturation process.
